Bryan AntoncicBryan C. Antoncic

Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Since graduating Johnson & Wales University in 2007 majoring in Business Management with concentrations in Operations and Real Estate, Bryan has navigated himself through a number of prestigious projects with industry-leading organizations such as Tishman Speyer, Trump Organization, RXR Realty, Ritz Carlton, UA Builders Group and NBCUniversal. In his role at Tishman Speyer post market crash of 2008, he managed over 2.6 million square feet of mix-use office, retail and studio space for NBCUniversal at the world renowned, 30 Rockefeller Center. He has directly overseen the construction of over 2,000,000 square feet of office and studio space in several Class-A office buildings. On the residential side, Bryan has managed the ground-up construction on 15 low income buildings, 5 high rise luxury condos and 500,000 sf of retail space. His vast experience and knowledge of the industry has helped him direct the vision of Real Estate Solutions. In his experience, he has also been involved in the rehab of single and multi-family homes as well as purchasing/managing rental properties in NYC & SOFLO.

Director of Operations & Hospitality

These two take hands on management to a new level breaking all levels of our tenants expectations. The hospitality approach they implement creates a healthier tenant to landlord relationship helping mitigate unwarranted issues relating to R&M situations or the execution of preventative maintenance programs. Property management is a key factor to running a successful real estate investment platform, Sam & Zach play a key role in the success of the SOFLO portfolio.

Managing Partner

Justin’s extensive design/build background has led him through a long list of successful projects from ground-up high-rise development to 500-unit existing asset rehabs in the NYC markets. His degree in engineering helps Justin implement technical foresight in the field while being able to value engineer means/methods to better improve productivity, while delivering his end-users a product they can be proud to call theirs. Justin’s strong budgeting and scheduling skills add to his repeated success.

With a combined 30 years dedicated to the south Florida real estate market both Danny & Alex have built unbreakable relationships with local brokers, contractors, politicians and general public. Being both Florida natives they hold a deeper passion for the transitioning market post COVID-19, always being believers of SOFLO’s potential and now seeing that market come to fruition they are ahead of the curve with their niche asset analysis. They are not afraid to role up their sleeves and go door to door in search for the most valuable off market transaction. The transitioning market and heavy influx of Northern migrating buyers has created a saturated market in the highly marketed areas leaving tremendous opportunities in un-sourced areas only locals like Danny & Alex are knowledgeable of.

Director of Administrative Services

Kelly Massi, our Lead Administrator has nearly 30 years experience in Property Management and Construction Management working with such notable companies as Cushman and Wakefield, WPG/Rudd Realty, DLC Management Corp and UA Builders Group. Throughout her career, Kelly has worked with properties ranging from Class A Office Buildings on Park Avenue in NYC to Low Income Housing in the Bronx and everything in between. She has administrated construction projects and redevelopments valued in the tens of millions of dollars as well as segueing to the daily management of those assets as needed. Kelly’s strength is her ability to work within various aspects of Property Management and Construction Management and always managing how to figure it out and make it work.

In her personal life, Kelly took her years of experience and joined the Board of Directors at Whispering Hills Condominium Development, where she formerly resided. She revamped the complex’s collection processes and formulated a program to bolster reserves and address capital repairs in a more organized and methodical manner. At the end of her tenure on the board, arrears were reduced by 90%, reserve accounts were well funded and a more formal bidding process for larger scale projects had been implemented. Kelly handles all aspects of our administrative needs and is always ready to jump in and tackle any challenge with common sense, integrity and the tenacity acquired over her long and well rounded career.

Being licensed inhouse loan officers specializing in the NY, CT & FL markets their long lasting relationships with local as well as institutional lenders makes the acquisition process seamless. Their ability to turn around loan commitment’s in timeless speeds gives our firm the ability to react quicker then competitors when sourcing deals giving us a competitive advantage over other firms. Combined they have completed over 3,000 transactions accounting for roughly 1.2 billion in loan commitment’s.
